Abstract

1,087,686. Cine cameras. PAILLARD S. A. June 14, 1966 [July 2, 1965], No. 26371/66. Heading G2E. An accessory for cine cameras, which allows single frame exposures with cameras not designed for this purpose, comprises a plate 1 on which are mounted a slider 8 bearing a pivotable actuating member 18, and a spring-loaded pusher 14, in fixed stirrup 13, which engages the camera release 27, nose 23 of member 18 first engaging pusher 14, as slider 8 is manually moved to the left, and nose 26 secondly engaging the pusher as member 18 is rotated clockwise against spring 19 by fixed lug 25. Nose 23 actuates release 27 for a single exposure until pusher 14 falls back on to nose 26 and the camera stops. Slider 8 is initially displaced by release cable 5 and is returned by spring 21 attached to a lug 20 on the slider acting as a stop for member 18.
