The subject matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 1,034,178, but the claims are concerned with manually releasable holding means normally holding the sensing members 13, 14, Fig. 1 (not shown) in rest positions in which they are disengaged from pointer 23 and the speed setting lever 33 is disengaged from member 13, the holding means bring manually movable through a first distance to release the members 13, 14 for engagement with the pointer and beyond this distance to actuate shutter 16.
