1,037503. Photographic cameras. AGFA A. G. Feb. 1, 1963 [Feb. 1, 1962(2)], No. 4329/63. Heading G2A. A photographic camera has means which impedes the assembly of a flash bulb in a built-in flashgun, such that with the bulb in place exposure setting means are set to a value suitable for flash light exposure. In socket 29, Fig. 1,for a flash bulb has pins 33 and 34 which set an exposure value suitable for flash upon the introduction of bulb 30. The pin 33 engages an extension 40, Fig. 4, of a focusing member 41, while pin 34 engages an extension 50 of a shutter speed setting rings 48. In another embodiment, a lever 112, Fig. 6 (not shown) is rocked and locks the movement of a speed setting lever 105 upon the introduction of bulb 125, the bulb only being insertable when the lever 125 is set to a shutter speed of a <SP>1</SP>/ 30 second. In other embodiments, a speed setting ring 134 Fig. 7 (not shown) or 145, Fig. 8 (not shown) is locked by a lever 112 or slide 141 respectively.
