A cine camera has a reciprocatory shutter blade 3 carrying a mirror 4 which has a number of mirror surfaces 6 situated in parallel planes 5. The mirror surfaces reflect light on to a photoresistance 7 in series with a galvanometer 8, battery 9, and a switch 10 operated by the camera release lever (not shown).
