[Also in Division F2] Tension regulating means for a tape which is being fed from a roll 24 to a cartridge 14 around a tape gripping wheel 112, and pulleys 120, 18 and 20 comprises an arm 116 carrying at one end the pulley 120 and being secured at the other end to a shaft 100 having an eccentric portion 108, Fig. 4 (not shown) on which tape gripping wheel 112 is rotatably mounted. 'When the tape tension increases, arm 116 is moved in an anticlockwise direction, against a spring bias, causing rotation of eccentric shaft 100 and bringing a portion of wheel 112 into contact with a rotating friction wheel 96, whereby wheel 112 is rotated in a clockwise direction to relieve the tension.
