Abstract

1,082,214. Disposable bobbins. FIBER INDUSTRIES Inc. Nov. 25, 1964 [Nov. 29, 1963], No. 47897/64. Heading B8M. A disposable bobbin comprises an outer paper tubular member 11 having an inturned annular rim 13 at one end, and a reinforcing inner paper tubular member 12 abutting against the edge 14 of the rim 13, the two members being held together by frictional forces. The bobbin is preferably made from kraft paper, the wall thicknesses of the inner and outer tubular members being approximately 0À1 and 0-25 inch respectively.
