Abstract

A corrosion-resistant casting alloy has the following percentage composition:- .Cr.16 - 20 .Mo.0.5 - 2.5 .Nb.0.5 - 2 .W.1 - 3 .Al.5.5 - 7 .Ti.0 - 0.75 .Co.0 - 15 .C.0.025 - 0.08 .B.0.01 - 0.05 .Zr.0.01 - 0.2 .Ni the balance. The alloy may be solution treated at 1150-1200 DEG C. for 1-10 hours and aged at 870-925 DEG C. for 10-50 hours.
