Hasp fastenings; stud- and-slot fastenings. - A fastening comprises a hasp a an apertured lug b, and a curved locking-member f adapted to be passed through the aperture of the lug and to assume, by gravity, a locking position relatively thereto. The locking-member f carries a tongue g with a shoulder h, and after being passed through the aperture d having a slot e, automatically falls into the locking position shown in Fig. 1. A cord or wire may be passed through the hole k and be secured by a seal.
