A security vehicle having an inner compartment 8 behind the driver's compartment 4, has the exterior door 2 interlocked with the interior door 10 so that only one can be opened at any one time. The door 2 is preferably opened by pneumatic means and when it is moved from the closed position the spring-urged roller 22 rides out of the recess 36 in the door thereby moving the bell-crank 28 so that its arm 32 enters a slot 34 in the door 10. If another exterior door 40 is provided the pneumatic actuator is arranged to open only one door at a time.
