Abstract

1,051,895. Electromagnetic relays. VAPOR CORPORATION. June 1, 1964 [Aug. 5.1963], No. 22571/64. Heading H2B. The plunger armature 31 of a relay has a nylon coat 33 and slides in a non-magnetic tube 25 within coil 13. The tube is secured to a recessed cylindrical core 26 having a nylon insert 29, by the engagement of an indent 28 with an annular groove. The armature actuates contact bridges 46, 60 which are secured to a post 37 movable with the armature. The contact carrier 62 for the bridges 60 is adjustable on a bolt 68 secured to the post 37.
