Magneto - electric machines.-The magnet a is connected to the base c and to the pole-pieces b by a flat spring d, the ends of which pass through openings in the.sides of the base c and are formed with hooks g entering recesses h in the limbs of the magnet. The spring d is secured to the base by a screw e. The polepieces b are secured to the base by screws in the ordinary manner.
