Abstract

Fabric-lined rubber gloves are made by a process which comprises providing a former with a fabric liner, dipping the lined former into an alkaline latex bath containing rubber latex mixed with a water-soluble amino resin complex to coat the former with the contents of the bath and thereafter drying and curing the coating so formed. The bath may contain thickening agents, e.g. polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose or casein, and emulsifying agents. A plurality of coatings which may be the same or different may be applied.
