Abstract
1,011,268. Urine bottles. REED PAPER GROUP Ltd. Feb. 17, 1964 [Feb. 20, 1963; June 5, 1963], Nos. 6867/63 and 22387/63. Heading A4N. A urine bottle of sheet material is constructed to fold flat by collapsing the convex upper wall inwardly about fold 10, so as to bring the faces 11 and 12 in contact. The folded bottle is erected, with snap action, on applying finger pressure to the opposite ends of the fold 10. The bottle may be of thin cardboard lined internally with ploythene film and heat sealed at its edges 16. In another form (Figs. 5-7, not shown), having rectilinear edges to aid seating, the upper end of the bottle is made to taper, after sealing, by pleats which are retained in position by a tab stuck over them.
