Abstract

1,009,170. Injectors. SOC. BERTIN ET CIE. July 27, 1962 [July 28,1961], No. 28944/62 Heading F1E. Ambient fluid is induced to flow through a convergent-divergent passage formed partly by a solid wall 1 and partly by the inducing fluid 6 issuing from a slot 3, the slot being bounded by an external divergent wall 8, forming a neck, and an internal lip 7 whose downstream edge is positioned adjacent the neck. In another embodiment the lip 7 is positioned a short distance above the neck. Specifications 825,957 and 847,500 are referred to.
