Abstract

100,897. Cuddihy, P. J. Jan. 25, 1916. Air tubes and chambers.-A cooling-device for pneumatic tyres comprises an annular tube 14 which has an outer protecting- member 15 and an inner member 16, and is in communication with the airtube of the tyre at diametrically opposite points, through short tubes 17, 18. The tube 14 is secured to the wheel spokes by clips 13, and the tyre inflating-valve 19 is fitted to one of the tubes 17, 18. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 8013/01, 3745/10, and 18430/11.
