Abstract

1,006,996. Fencing. R. W. HARE. Nov. 19, 1962 [Aug. 19, 1961], No. 29997/61. Heading E1B. A tubular fencing structure comprises two or more posts 11 having laterally projecting studs 15, 16, and one or more rail members 17 arranged on the studs and extending between the posts, each rail member being held to the studs by pins 19 passing through aligned apertures in the rail member and the studs, each pin having a spring member releasably engaging over the outer surface of the rail member. Corner and end posts having studs in two sets extending at an angle to each other, or in one set to one side only of the post, are described and the posts are set in metal sockets 12 in a concrete floor 13.
