An anchor comprises a shank 1 the lower part of which has a first slot 2 extending along the symmetry axis of the shank and a second slot 3 below the first slot and having two branches located one on each side of said axis, a pair of movable flukes 6,7 located one on each side of the shank, a first pin 4 movable in the first slot and a second pin 5 movable in the second slot, said pins being rigidly connected to both flukes.
