In a panelling structure for a ceiling of the kind forming the subject matter of Specification 946,933, the bearing members 10 comprise a longitudinally extending groove 15 at their outer side, the groove being intended to receive the end of a flat tool, such as a putty knife, which is inserted between the member 10 and the-panel 4 as indicated by the line 16 and which is then used as a lever to cause the fastening means 6 to be forced into its lowermost position in which the edges of the panels 4 are spaced away from the stringer 1.
