Dynamos, driving; magnetos, driving.-In driving a dynamo and a magneto from an explosion engine as described in the parent Specification, the dynamo e is interposed between the engine and the magneto and is provided at each end with gearing c<1>, f<1>, which, together with the dynamo, forms a detachable unit. The gearing ensures the running of the magneto at the same speed as the engine, and the dynamo at a higher speed. The dynamo is connected to the engine and the magneto through couplings g, h.
