[Also in Division B7] The haulage cable of a conveyer apparatus comprises several sections 1, 1<SP>1</SP>, the flared end 3 of each section being held in a body 2 having a screw threaded bore 4, the sections ends being coupled together by eyes 6, each having a screw threaded portion 5, coupled together by a chain link 7. The cable can be lengthened or shortened by changing the number of sections making up the cable.
