Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément préfabriqué, comportant la fourniture d’un coffrage principal comprenant une paroi de fond (3) et un cadre périphérique (4) délimitant un espace interne, la mise en place d’au moins un élément d’isolation thermique (7) dans l’espace interne du coffrage principal de telle sorte que l’au moins un élément d’isolation thermique (7) prenne appui sur la paroi de fond (3), le coulage d’un matériau de construction composite à l’intérieur de l’espace interne du coffrage principal de manière à recouvrir l’au moins un élément d’isolation thermique (7), le durcissement du matériau de construction composite de manière à former une structure porteuse comprenant des rebords longitudinaux et transversaux formés par le durcissement du matériau de construction composite, l’au moins un élément d’isolation thermique (7) étant solidarisé et rendu inséparable de la structure porteuse lors du durcissement du matériau de construction composite, et le retrait du coffrage principal (2) entourant l’élément préfabriqué obtenu.
