Titre de l’invention : Dispositif d’amortissement de torsion Dispositif d’amortissement de torsion (1) comprenant un élément d’entrée (6) configuré pour être solidaire en rotation, autour d’un axe de rotation (X), d’un arbre menant, un élément de sortie (8) configuré pour être solidaire en rotation d’un arbre mené, et au moins un organe accumulateur d’énergie mécanique (9) agencé entre l’élément d’entrée (6) et l’élément de sortie (8), le dispositif d’amortissement de torsion comportant en outre un limiteur de couple (4) comprenant un couvercle (14), un plateau de pression (16) et un disque (10) interposé axialement entre le couvercle (14) et le plateau de pression (16), le limiteur de couple (4) comprenant par ailleurs un élément élastique (20) configuré pour plaquer le plateau de pression (16) contre le disque (10) et au moins une garniture (18, 19) agencée entre le disque (10) et l’un des composants solides parmi le plateau de pression (16) et le couvercle (14), l’au moins une garniture (18, 19) étant fixée sur le disque (10) ou sur l’un des composants solides en définissant une zone de contact annulaire (50), caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact annulaire (50) est bordée radialement par au moins une zone de dégagement axial (51).
