Abstract

Dispositif de traitement de produits d’origine végétale par un plasma froid Dispositif de traitement de produits d’origine végétale par un plasma froid, le dispositif comportant : une barrière diélectrique comportant des reliefs de surface,au moins une électrode de haute tension reliée à une source de courant alternatif,au moins une électrode de terre, au moins l’une des électrodes de haute tension et de terre étant reçue dans un canal s’étendant au sein de la barrière diélectrique, le plasma étant généré entre les électrodes de haute tension et de terre par décharge à barrière diélectrique.
