Abstract
Amplificateur pour un récepteur radiofréquence La présente description concerne un amplificateur (200) comprenant : un premier transistor MOS (201) ayant son drain connecté à une sortie (OUT) de l'amplificateur (200) et sa source configurée pour recevoir un potentiel d'alimentation (VDD) ; un premier élément capacitif (C1) connecté entre une entrée (IN) de l'amplificateur (200) et la grille (204) du premier transistor MOS (201) ; une première source de courant (206) couplant la source du premier transistor MOS (201) à un premier noeud (208) configuré pour recevoir un potentiel de référence (GND) ; et un élément résistif (R) et un deuxième élément capacitif (C2) connectés en parallèle entre la grille (204) et le drain du premier transistor MOS (201), l'élément résistif (R) étant mis en œuvre par une capacité commutée.
