Abstract
La présente description propose un polysaccharide de sélénium et un procédé de préparation et une utilisation de celui-ci. Le polysaccharide de sélénium selon la présente description inclut un polysaccharide de pectine et du sélénium élémentaire chargé sur le polysaccharide de pectine. Le polysaccharide de pectine selon la présente description a une activité antioxydante plus significative ainsi qu’une capacité de complexation pour du plomb de métal lourd. Dans le même temps, le polysaccharide de pectine à une surface superficielle spécifique plus grande, permettant à une grande quantité de sélénium élémentaire d’être chargée sur la surface, ce qui améliore davantage l’activité biologique de polysaccharides de sélénium. Les données des exemples indiquent que le polysaccharide de sélénium selon la présente description a un effet thérapeutique sur une lésion pulmonaire provoquée par des composés de plomb, un effet thérapeutique significatif sur une lésion pulmonaire subaiguë provoquée par du sulfate de plomb chez des rats, et un effet protecteur significatif sur la détérioration de cellules épithéliales alvéolaires (ATII) provoquée par de l’acétate de plomb.
