Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’un élément de combustible nucléaire et élément de combustible nucléaire Le procédé de fabrication comprend l’obtention d’un noyau (4), le revêtement du noyau (4) d’une couche anti-diffusion (8) pour obtenir un noyau revêtu (10), l’insertion du noyau revêtu (10) dans une gaine (6) avec interposition, entre le noyau revêtu (10) et la gaine (6), d’une ou plusieurs couche(s) intermédiaire(s) (12), et le pressage de l’ensemble multicouche (22) ainsi obtenu, chaque couche intermédiaire (12) étant réalisée dans un alliage métallique ductile et/ou possédant une limite d’élasticité conventionnelle qui ne diffère pas de plus de 30 % de celle du matériau de la gaine (6), un allongement à la rupture qui ne diffère pas de plus de 30 % celui du matériau de la gaine (6) et/ou un allongement relatif réparti qui ne diffère de plus de 30% de celui du matériau de la gaine (6).
