Abstract
Procédé de pilotage de la température et du degré d’hygrométrie de l’air contenu dans une enceinte 1 réfrigérée comportant : un frigorifère 10 comportant une pluralité de batteries froides 16 ; au moins un capteur de température 6 du fluide frigoporteur en entrée et au moins un capteur de température 7 du fluide frigoporteur en sortie du frigorifère 10 ; au moins un ventilateur 11 réglable de sens de ventilation inversable pour la production d’un débit d’air variable au travers du frigorifère 10 ; au moins un capteur de température 15 en amont du ventilateur 11 ; au moins un capteur de température 12 en aval du frigorifère 10 ; au moins un capteur du degré d’hygrométrie 14 en amont du ventilateur 11 ; au moins un capteur du degré d’hygrométrie 13 en aval du frigorifère 10 ; ledit pilotage s’effectuant à partir de valeurs de consignes initialement données pour la température et le degré d’hygrométrie dans l’enceinte.
