FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to advertising media allowing the user to give visibility to an advertising impression.

The present invention aims to constitute a support with two alveolar panels serving to widen the scope of the visibility of the advertising message, the angle formed between the two panels making it possible to display the message in two directions, and which has the particularity of be enlightening.

Such panels are aimed in particular at the field of real estate agent panels. In this field, there is almost no particular technical development for the panels, which are generally simple flat and rectangular display panels, without lighting.

However, real estate agents come up against several problems that they may wish to solve for these panels, such as the absence of lighting of the panels at nightfall and/or in dark places, the low visibility of flat panels... lack of lighting sometimes pushes the agents to make DIY lighting on site, which does not guarantee watertightness in the event of rain, which are unsuitable or even dangerous, since poorly positioned lighting, if the assembly is hung high up (for example to a wall or a balcony), the assembly is exposed to the wind and the weather, which can lead to the fall of the lighting or even fires from the wear of the tinkered lighting device.

In addition, nothing allows the automation of the lighting on or off, which forces the agents to have to turn on or off each panel manually in the morning and in the evening.

PRIOR ART

Support devices are known which make it possible to present an advertising message, but these supports are not both formed of V-shaped panels and illuminated in a suitable manner. For example, US patent application US20190251878 describes flat, non-automated lighting without energy recovery by a photovoltaic panel.

On the other hand, it is known to overcome this lighting problem by additional lighting.

However, this solution is long and complex to implement. In particular, the agent must buy unsuitable equipment and add it to the panel, and he cannot guarantee the reliability of his installation. In addition, he exposes himself to danger if he has to create overhead lighting, especially on a balcony. In addition, the additional lighting is not particularly resistant to wind or bad weather.

The object of the invention is to overcome at least some of the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a V-shaped advertising medium comprising a sealed lighting device capable of combining the advantages of high visibility, and speed, simplicity and reliability for its implementation. .

In view of the foregoing, the subject of the invention is an advertising medium comprising an electrical power supply, a rear rigid panel, two at least partially translucent side honeycomb panels each comprising a printed advertising zone and each linked to one another. on the one hand and linked to the back panel on the other hand, so that the two side panels form a V with respect to each other and so that the back panel and the two side panels form a triangular prism, the advertising medium further comprising a waterproof lighting device disposed on the rear panel and in the triangular prism, the advertising medium further comprising a light sensor coupled to an electronic control unit adapted to, on the one hand, automatically light the lighting device if the luminosity detected by the luminosity sensor falls below a first predefined triggering threshold value and, on the other hand, switches off Automatically turn off the lighting device if the brightness detected by the brightness sensor goes above a second predefined triggering threshold value.
