Abstract

La présente invention concerne une structure multicouche, destinée au transport, à la distribution ou au stockage d’un gaz, en particulier de l’hydrogène, comprenant, de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur, N couche(s) de renfort composite, déposées l’une sur l’autre, et constituée(s) d’un matériau fibreux sous forme de fibres continues imprégné par une composition comprenant majoritairement au moins un polymère thermoplastique P1 semi-cristallin dont la Tf, telle que mesurée selon ISO 11357-3 : 2013, est supérieure ou égale à 150°C, ou au moins un polymère thermoplastique amorphe dont la Tg est supérieure à 80°C, N étant compris de 1 à 2000 couches, et une couche d’étanchéité extérieure (1) cohésive à la couche de renfort composite (2) la plus externe et comprenant une composition comprenant majoritairement ledit au moins un polymère thermoplastique P1, ladite composition de la couche d’étanchéité extérieure (1) étant issue d’au moins la couche de renfort composite (2) la plus externe cohésive avec la couche d’étanchéité, ladite couche d’étanchéité extérieure (1) présentant une épaisseur d’au moins 2 µm, la somme des épaisseurs de chaque couche de renfort composite (2) et de l’épaisseur de couche d’étanchéité étant égale à la somme des épaisseurs desdites N couches avant dépose, déduction faite des éventuelles porosités.
