Abstract

Pixel d'affichage à diode électroluminescente La présente description concerne un pixel d'affichage (12i,j) comprenant au moins une diode électroluminescente (LED), un circuit de pilotage (40) de la diode électroluminescente et des premier, deuxième, troisième, et quatrième plots conducteurs (36). Le circuit de pilotage est alimenté par une première tension d'alimentation (Vdd) reçue entre les premier et deuxième plots. La diode électroluminescente est alimentée par un premier signal binaire (Vcci, Veei), reçu entre les troisième et deuxième plots, et alternant entre une deuxième tension d'alimentation (Vcc), supérieure strictement à la première tension, et une troisième tension, inférieure strictement à la première tension. Le circuit de pilotage (40) est configuré pour déterminer un signal numérique (R, G, B) à partir des valeurs d'un deuxième signal binaire (Dataj) sur le quatrième plot reçues pendant chacune de premières impulsions du premier signal binaire à la troisième tension et pour commander la diode électroluminescente à partir du signal numérique.
