Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d’un mercaptan fonctionnalisé, comprenant la réaction entre un composé de formule R2-X-C*H(NR1R7)-(CH2)n-G (II) et l’H2S en présence d’au moins une enzyme choisie parmi les sulfhydrylase ; ladite réaction s’effectuant dans un réacteur avec une pression partielle en H2S dans le ciel gazeux dudit réacteur comprise entre 0,01 et 4 bars, de préférence entre 0,1 et 3 bars, par exemple entre 0,1 et 2,5 bars, et plus préférentiellement entre 0,25 et 2 bars, à la température de réaction.
