Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une aube (10) en matériau composite pour une turbomachine, en particulier d’aéronef, l’aube (10) comportant un bouclier métallique (1) s’étendant le long d’un bord d’attaque (12a) de la pale (12), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à découper un film le long des bords du bouclier (1) de façon à ce que le film découpé forme au moins un gabarit (5) délimitant une zone (15) d’apposition de colle située sous le bouclier (1), positionner un film de colle (7) sur ladite zone (15), découper le film de colle (7) suivant la forme du ou de chaque gabarit (5), retirer le ou de chaque gabarit (5), positionner le bouclier (1) sur le film de colle (7), et cuire l’ensemble ainsi obtenu dans un moule de thermocompression. L’invention concerne aussi une aube (10) fabriqué par un tel procédé. Figure pour l'abrégé : Figure 1
