Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d’un panneau (1) de protection acoustique pour véhicule automobile, comprenant les étapes suivantes : conformer un empilement dans un moule (9) refroidi dont la face (10) recevant la couche supérieure (8) est pourvue d’au moins un conduit (11) permettant une compression de ladite couche supérieure par aspiration de la couche intermédiaire (7), ledit moule définissant au moins une zone de surcompression (12) correspondant à un entrefer (13) réduit, de manière à permettre une compression accentuée de la couche inférieure (2) dans ladite zone ; chauffer localement ladite couche supérieure dans ladite zone de manière à réaliser un gonflement localisé de ladite couche supérieure ; après refroidissement, découper un orifice traversant lesdites couches à l’intérieur de ladite zone, de sorte que ledit orifice soit entouré d’une couronne périphérique de couche supérieure (8) d’épaisseur accentuée destinée à former un joint d’étanchéité acoustique.
