Abstract

Une station météorologique (12) comprend un capteur (13) pour mesurer, de manière répétée, une grandeur météorologique. Un système de détection de trafic comprend un capteur (17) pour mesurer une caractéristique du trafic routier sur la route au niveau du panneau de signalisation routière (3). Un module informatisé de caractérisation détermine un indice composite de la grandeur météorologique et du trafic routier à partir des données mesurées de grandeur météorologique et de caractéristique de trafic routier.
