Abstract
Procédé d’usinage amélioré de rainure pour pièces aéronautiques Procédé d’usinage de pièce aéronautique pour obtenir au moins une rainure s’étendant le long d’une direction longitudinale (X), et présentant une forme finale (F, F’) prédéterminée, le procédé comprenant la formation d’un poinçon sur la pièce et le perçage d’un orifice, l’ébauche de la rainure à partir de l’orifice formé à l’étape précédente, par l’intermédiaire d’un premier outil d’usinage, de manière à obtenir une surépaisseur comprise entre 0,03 et 0,5 mm, la surépaisseur étant la différence entre une profondeur de la rainure lorsqu’elle a atteint la forme finale (F) prédéterminée à la fin de l’usinage, et une profondeur de la rainure à la fin de l’ébauche, et la finition de la rainure par l’intermédiaire d’un deuxième outil d’usinage (6, 60), le deuxième outil présentant une forme complémentaire de la forme finale (F) prédéterminée, et étant configuré pour obtenir les dimensions de la forme finale (F) prédéterminée de la rainure.
