Abstract

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur (1) comportant un faisceau de tubes (2) disposés parallèlement les uns des autres et à l’intérieur desquels est destiné à circuler un premier fluide caloporteur, un deuxième fluide étant destiné à traverser le faisceau de tubes (2) entre lesdits tubes (2), ledit faisceau de tubes (2) comportant des intercalaires (6) disposés entre lesdits tubes (2), lesdits intercalaires (6) comportant des ondulations (60) s’étendant dans le sens de la longueur des tubes (2), lesdites ondulations (60) comportant des crêtes (61) en contact avec lesdits tubes (2) et des flancs (62) reliant lesdites crêtes (61),les intercalaires (6) comportant une première portion (6A) et une deuxième portion (6B), la première portion (6A) étant disposée en amont de la deuxième portion (6B) dans le sens de traversée du deuxième fluide caloporteur,la première portion (6A) dépassant de la tranche avant des tubes (2),les crêtes (61) de la première portion (6A) ayant un profil présentant un méplat (64) et les crêtes (61) de la deuxième portion (6B) ayant un profil arrondi (65) de sorte que les ondulations (60) aient un profil sinusoïdal.
