Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation de fabrication additive. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) on fournit un support métallique (12) et un dispositif de production de métal en fusion ; b) on entraîne en translation ledit dispositif de production de métal en fusion (14) de manière à former n couches de m cordons de métal juxtaposés, pour chacune desdites couches ledit dispositif de production de métal en fusion forme. Pour chacune des trajectoires T(i, j) on enregistre une pluralité d’images de la section droite du cordon de métal C( i , j), pour pouvoir évaluer une hauteur H(i, j) dudit cordon de métal et l’aire A(i, j) de l’hémi-section dudit cordon de métal ; et on calcule le pas latéral P(i, j+1) en fonction de ladite aire A(i, j) de manière à ce que le niveau de ladite portion de métal commune entre lesdits deux cordons juxtaposés C(i, j) et C(i, j+1), soit sensiblement égale à ladite hauteur H(i, j).
