Abstract
Procédé de rectification cylindrique dans la masse de plusieurs gorges adapté aux changements de séries fréquents et permettant d’obtenir une capabilité de CM>=1,67 et CMK>=1,3 pour des valeurs de rugosité des faces latérales de Ra max= 0,15µm ; Rpk max =0,25 µm ; Rvk max =0,30 µm ; Rdq max =5,5°, caractérisé par :- Une fixation de la pièce à façonner (a) reposant sur un bridage intérieur de type plot de centrage à mandrin expansible (b) positionné à l’intérieur de la pièce (a), avec une distance établie entre l’extrémité du mandrin (c) et la face de la gorge la plus extérieure de la pièce à usiner (d), comme ne devant pas excéder 20 mm,- une profondeur de passe de la meule (e) ne pouvant excéder 4 microns par tour,- Un taillage établi selon un principe de fabrication des gorges multiples usinant d’abord la gorge placée au plus près du mandrin (f) pour ensuite fabriquer celle qui s’en éloigne (g),- Un taillage établi selon : une vitesse de rotation de la meule à 1800 tours minutes, une vitesse de rotation de la pièce à 200 tours minutes, et une valeur d’angle de la dépouille de la meule de 0,15 degrés,- Un système de lubrification en trois points (h, h’, h’’).
