Abstract

Procédé de revêtement d’un substrat en composite La présente invention concerne un procédé de revêtement d’un substrat en composite caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend les étapes suivantes : a- préparation d’une composition sol-gel par mélange dans un milieu aqueux 1- d’au moins un alcoxyde métallique de formule (I) M(OR1), 2 - en présence d’au moins un organoalcoxysilane de formule (II) R3 mSi(OR2)4-m, 3- et en présence d’éventuelles particules oxydes ou métalliques, 4- en mélangeant la composition afin de permettre la condensation des réseaux hybrides organiques-inorganiques ; b- dépôt d’au moins une sous-couche de la composition sol-gel obtenue à l’étape a) sur le substrat en composite; c- dépôt d’au moins une couche de revêtement ultérieure sur le substrat en composite revêtu obtenu à l’étape b). La présente invention concerne en outre le substrat en composite revêtu susceptible d’être obtenu par ce procédé et l’utilisation de la composition sol-gel, en tant que sous-couche d’un substrat en composite e afin de protéger ledit substrat et / ou d’améliorer l’accroche sur ledit substrat, lors du dépôt d’une couche ultérieure.
