Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’un élément tubulaire Ce procédé de fabrication d’un élément tubulaire en fonte à graphite sphéroïdal par centrifugation comprend les étapes suivantes : - on fournit un moule rotatif (16) ayant une surface de forme (28) de l’élément tubulaire, la surface de forme étant dépourvue d’isolant thermique temporaire, - on fournit un récipient de coulée (10) contenant de la fonte liquide, - on dépose de l’inoculant sur la surface de forme (28), - on dépose sur la surface de forme (28) un composé contenant au moins un élément abaissant la tension superficielle de la fonte liquide, - on fait couler la fonte liquide dans le moule sur la surface de forme dépourvue d’isolant thermique temporaire ou de matériau réfractaire temporaire et pourvue d’inoculant, l’inoculation de la fonte se produisant alors lors du contact avec l’inoculant disposé sur la surface de forme, - la fonte liquide coulée dans le moule se solidifie et on obtient une ébauche de l’élément tubulaire.
