Abstract
Titre : Procédé et unité de purification d’hélium Dans un procédé de purification d’hélium, un débit (1) contenant au moins 10% d’hélium, au moins 10% d’azote, de l’hydrogène et du méthane est séparé pour former un débit (3) enrichi en hélium et contenant de l’hydrogène, un premier débit (9) enrichi en azote et en méthane et un deuxième débit (11) enrichi en azote et en méthane, le débit enrichi en hélium est traité pour produire un produit riche en hélium (7) et un gaz résiduaire (15) contenant de l’eau, le gaz résiduaire est traité par adsorption (TSA) pour enlever l’eau et le gaz de régénération (13) de l’adsorption est envoyé à une unité de combustion (O).
