Abstract

Elément fonctionnel lumineux pour véhicule automobile L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément fonctionnel lumineux pour véhicule automobile, comprenant(a) prévoir au moins une fibre optique comprenant une âme et une gaine optique pour contenir des ondes lumineuses dans ladite âme, ladite gaine ayant subi un traitement pour dégrader et/ou rendre rugueuse ladite gaine optique,(b) prévoir au moins un matériau polymère,(c) chauffer séparément chaque matériau polymère prévu à l’étape (b) pour le fluidifier et l’introduire avec ladite au moins une fibre optique prévue à l’étape (a) dans une filière non circulaire ou dans un moule, de façon à obtenir après refroidissement l’élément fonctionnel, la filière ou le moule ayant la section ou la forme, respectivement, dudit élément.
