Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE LENTES DE AUMENTO PROGRESSIVO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a lentes oftálmicas multifocais de autmento progressivo nas quais astigmatismo indesejado da lente é reduzido sem o comprometimento funcional das larguras de distância e de canal através das zonas de visão intermediária e próxima, conforme comparado às lentes convencionais de aumento progressivo. Tais lentes são obtidas por meio de um processo de produção que compreende a provisão de uma pré-forma ótica compreendendo pelo menos uma superfície apresentando um primeiro eixo cilíndrico predeterminado, um poder de aumento cilíndrico predeterminado, e uma primeira posição de zona de visão próxima predeterminada; a provisão de um molde para fundir a superfície sobre a pré-forma ótica, o molde compreendendo uma segunda zona de visão próxima que é alinhada com a localização da pupila de visão próxima do usuário da lente; e posicionamento da pré-forma em relação ao molde a fim de prover a lente resultante com um eixo cilíndrico desejado para o usuário da lente.
