Abstract

Titre : Module hautes fréquences avec interface de raccordement L'invention concerne un module hautes fréquences qui peut être utilisé par exemple dans des satellites de communication. Le module hautes fréquences contient une unité électronique (45) et un boîtier (37). Le boîtier entoure au moins en partie l'unité électronique et l'unité électronique (45) est disposée au moins en partie dans un espace interne (46) du boîtier. Un raccord interne (41) est disposé au niveau du boîtier, lequel est accouplé à l'unité électronique (45) de telle sorte que des signaux électriques puissent être transmis entre l'unité électronique (45) et le raccord interne (41). Le raccord interne (41) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec au moins une partie du boîtier (37). De ce fait, une charge thermomécanique de l'unité électronique peut être réduite. Figure 6
