L'invention concerne un meuble de rangement ergonomique (la) comportant : > au moins un contenant escamotable (100); et > un mécanisme (11) configuré pour déplacer ledit au moins un contenant escamotable (100) entre deux positions : ▪ une position rangée dans laquelle ledit contenant escamotable (100) est rangé dans ledit meuble de rangement (la); et ▪ une position ergonomique dans laquelle ledit contenant escamotable (100) est positionné en avant dudit meuble de rangement (la) et à une hauteur différente de la position rangée, de sorte que le contenant escamotable (100) se retrouve à une position plus accessible en hauteur par rapport à la position rangée ; ledit mécanisme (11) étant configuré pour soutenir le poids dudit contenant escamotable (100) en le répartissant de part et d'autre dudit mécanisme (11) dans la largeur dudit contenant escamotable (100), ménageant ainsi, en position ergonomique, un accès latéral audit contenant escamotable (100).
