Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'un support solide de réacteur fermentaire pour la production d'alcools par voie fermentaire à partir d'un fluide sucré, le support solide comprenant une mousse de polyuréthane inoculée par une biomasse produite par une souche solvantogène appartenant au genre Clostridium, le procédé comprenant la mise en contact du support solide avec un fluide issu du moût fermentaire enrichi en alcool et/ou acétone et/ou une solution aqueuse à pH basique.
