Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un boîtier d'une installation de chauffage et/ou ventilation et/ou climatisation pour véhicule automobile, le boîtier présentant une structure dans un premier matériau, ledit procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : - mettre en forme au moins une couche (34) d'un deuxième matériau différent du premier matériau, le deuxième matériau étant un matériau d'isolation acoustique, - (E4') positionner ladite au moins une couche (34) dans un moule d'injection, surmouler la structure au moins autour de ladite au moins une couche (34) par injection du premier matériau dans le moule d'injection, et - démouler. L'invention concerne aussi un boîtier apte à être obtenu par un tel procédé et une installation de chauffage et/ou ventilation et/ou climatisation comportant un tel boîtier.
