Abstract
La présente invention concerne un tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié, un catalyseur de craquage catalytique le comprenant, leur préparation et leur application, le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié présentant une teneur en terres rares d'environ 4 % à environ 11 % en poids sur la base de l'oxyde, une teneur en phosphore d'environ 0,05 % à environ 10 % en poids sur la base de P2O5, une teneur en sodium d'au plus environ 0,5 % en poids sur la base de l’oxyde de sodium et une teneur en élément actif d'environ 0,1 % à environ 5 % en poids sur la base de l'oxyde, l'élément actif étant le gallium et/ou le bore ; et le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié présente un volume de pores total d'environ 0,36 mL/g à environ 0,48 mL/g, un pourcentage du volume de pores de pores secondaires présentant une taille de pores de 2 à 100 nm au volume de pores total d’environ 20 % à environ 40 % ; une constante de réseau d'environ 2,440 nm à environ 2,45 nm, une température d’affaissement de réseau non inférieure à environ 1 060 °C ; un pourcentage de teneur en aluminium non-structurel par rapport à la teneur en aluminium totale ne dépassant pas environ 10 % et un rapport acide B à acide L dans la teneur en acides forts du tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié non inférieur à environ 3,5. Lorsqu'ils sont utilisés dans le traitement des huiles de cycle légères hydrogénées (LCO), le tamis moléculaire de type Y modifié et le catalyseur de craquage catalytique le comprenant indiquent une efficacité élevée de conversion de LCO, une faible sélectivité pour le coke, et un rendement plus élevé en essence riche en aromatiques.
