Abstract

Installation de formation d'une nappe de fibres, notamment non tissé, comportant un dispositif de production d'au moins un voile de fibres, notamment d'au moins un voile de non tissé, et un étaleur-nappeur alimenté en le au moins un voile de fibres pour fournir en sortie la nappe de fibre, le dispositif de production comportant un tambour de carde et au moins un rouleau peigneur prélevant les fibres sur le tambour de carde et délivrant le au moins un voile à au moins un tapis de sortie, l'étaleur-nappeur ayant un tapis d'entrée, sur lequel le au moins un voile est déposé pour son introduction dans l'étaleur-nappeur, ce dernier délivrant en sortie la nappe de fibres formée d'un empilement de couches du au moins un voile, et des premiers moyens de commande du profil de l'épaisseur et/ou de la masse surfacique locale et/ou de la masse volumique locale du voile ou de chaque voile suivant une loi de variation en fonction du temps, notamment de manière périodique, en un point du trajet du voile ou de chaque voile dans le dispositif de production de voile en amont du ou de chaque tapis d'entrée, caractérisée par des moyens d'étirage disposés en aval du ou de chaque tapis de sortie du dispositif de production de voile et en amont du tapis d'entrée de l'étaleur-nappeur, notamment directement en amont du tapis d'entrée de l'étaleur nappeur, des seconds moyens de commande étant prévus pour commander les moyens d'étirage de manière à faire varier l'étirage en fonction du temps, notamment de manière périodique.
