Abstract

Dispositif de formation de nappes de fibres cardées ajourées Dispositif pour la formation d’une nappe de fibres de matériau non tissé, comprenant un tambour (10), au moins un peigneur (20) rotatif comprenant une pluralité de dents adaptées, lesdites dents étant réparties régulièrement sur une surface externe (22) du peigneur (20) caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un peigneur (20) est configuré de manière à former une nappe (30) présentant des évidements, ledit au moins un peigneur (20) comprenant ainsi des zones sur sa surface externe (22) qui ne peuvent pas prélever de matériau du tambour (10), le dispositif comprend en outre un peigneur nettoyeur (40), adapté pour récupérer le matériau présent sur le tambour (10) en aval dudit au moins un peigneur (20).
